A Collective Voice for Literary Agencies

a collective voice for literary agencies

The AAA acts as a collective voice for literary agencies and their authors on public affairs to the government, media, and other sectors.

We cooperate with other industry organisations to lobby and debate on issues such as
copyright, diversity, and sustainability.

Member of the Alliance for Intellectual Property

The AAA has been keenly involved in campaigning for the protection and promotion of Intellectual Property as a member of the Alliance for Intellectual Property — a UK-based coalition of 19 organisations representing IP-rich businesses and creators who are vital to our economy.

We campaign to protect and value IP rights in the UK by ensuring there is a strong legislative and regulatory regime to protect them.

Industry Initiatives

The AAA also works with a number of other industry bodies such as the Publishers’ Association, the Society of Authors, the Booksellers’ Association, and many more.

These initiatives focus on a range of projects and issues affecting the wider publishing industry, such as copyright protections, equality and inclusivity, and sustainability.
