At the AGM of the Association of Authors’ Agents on 27 January 2026, Vice President of WME London stepped up to President, praising outgoing President Claire Wilson of RCW Literary Agency for her enthusiastic, steadfast and productive leadership.
‘Claire has been a wonderful mentor over the last, tumultuous, two years, passionately working with the brilliant committee to organise events and networking, and a huge supporter of the National Year of Reading and all the work of the EDI committee. I’m looking forward to getting stuck into the challenges ahead with Natasha and the wider committee in building knowledge and security for our members.’

Natasha Fairweather of RCW Literary Agency, joins as Vice President, and Anwen Hooson of Bird Literary Agency, joins as Ordinary Member, following Karolina Sutton of CAA, stepping down. will take over from John Baker of Bell Lomax Moreton as Secretary. Other current members of the committee are: Eli Keren of The Curious Minds Agency (Treasurer) and Alice Lutyens of Curtis Brown Group Ltd and Kate Nash of the Kate Nash Literary Agency.
Hellie Ogden began her career working in foreign rights at Penguin, before working at Greene & Heaton and becoming a Director Janklow & Nesbit. She joined WME in May 2023 as co-head of the London book department where she represents an international list of predominately adult fiction and children’s/YA authors.
